Please join us for our Annual Fall Gala on Saturday, November 12, 2022, from 6:30-9:00pm at the Darien Community Association (DCA) in Darien, Connecticut. This year's theme is HOPE FOR A BETTER FUTURE. We are excited to share two feature projects with you: The BUILDING of our next Primary School and Sustainable SUPPORT for our Futures Program which provides funding for high schoolers that have graduated from our schools. We will also spotlight the many enrichment programs that have been growing and developing at Crossing Thresholds' schools: an award-winning music program, Cheza Cheza, an inspired dance program, an educational and nutritional Urban Garden, the Kibera Knights - a chess club that takes place in person and virtually, and the possibilities of technology in and beyond the classroomWe are also proud of one of our distinctives, our cross-cultural relationship "Mentorship Program", which offers 7th and 8th graders an opportunity to be supported financially and relationally as they prepare for high school and beyond.
