Feeling stressed out, need a good workout or just want to try something new? Join us for free or donation based community power vinyasa yoga classes through December 27th at the Nest Community Recovery Center. During these power yoga classes you will have the option to lean into the fire and push your edge, cultivate a more restorative practice or find the perfect blend for you! All levels are welcome including beginners! Bring your friends and/or family. Don't forget your yoga mat and water.
