Dance Cardio is a HIIT style workout with hip hop music. You will learn 4 dance based exercises at the beginning of every song, which we keep repeating until the song is over! Clients burn up to 500 calories in a class... A portion of all proceeds gets donated to The Greater Lowell Children's Fund! & then we drink beer :)
