Description
Hello my name is Henry. I’m in my early 40’s and residing at the NJ coast. I’m looking to relocate and will be in need of work or a job. As well as some sort of housing, temporary or semi permanent for the time being. Willing to rent to own if seller holds title. Manufactured homes are fine, I only need 500-600sqf of living space, but no apartments or condos please. I also have a 50 lb German Shepard, which should be considered. (She is well behaved and professionally trained) I’d like to connect with some people from the area, builders, carpenters, real estate agents etc. Hopefully I can put some pieces together before I drive my 30’ tool trailer and belongings to the area. That being said, I would need to occupy a piece of property able to accommodate my enclosed trailer. From age 16-19 I worked as a marine mechanic at the marina across from my house, and built lifted trucks in my free time. Joined the mill rights union for a year in my early 20’s. I’ve spent the last 20+ years doing mainly high end carpentry and project management for summer rentals, and new construction waterfront homes where most of the work is cost plus. Mainly kitchens, doors, and mouldings. Decks, stairs, and vinyl trim board arches and other trim details as well. I am highly knowledgeable in electrical and plumbing, though this is not something I readily make myself available for, since i am not licensed. I excel at problem solving, and execute punch lists for area builders and realtors. I don’t do drugs or drink. I am always on time. I have a clean and orderly appearance. I excel at speaking with clients and managing their expectations. Please let me know if you would like a formal resume, pictures/video, references, or any questions answered. I have a large portfolio of jobs completed from the last decade. Thank you for your time, please reach out if you believe a mutually beneficial arrangement can be reached. I’m very flexible and courteous, and would enjoy talking about potential endeavors. ~Henry
