We are a local Builder thats outsourcing a small job. We have a client that needs drywall cut out and replaced on the first first 7 inches of 3 rooms. Super small rooms. You will need to cut out the drywall ONLY from where the water mark is...which is low. And then replace the drywall with new drywall and mud it. You MUST have experience with this.
