Essential Duties and Responsibilities *Performs a variety of building maintenance tasks *Performs general landscape duties such as grass mowing, weeding. *May replace and repair bathroom facilities and fixtures *Performs minor carpentry tasks *Assembles furniture, shelving, cabinets and other furniture type equipment. *Remove accumulated waste and debris from buildings, as required *Performs custodial and other indoor laborer duties. *Will be required to drive a forklift. *Performs other duties as assigned.
