This is a pretty simple part time job for someone. These are new Homeowners Insurance policies, and these pictures are simply to provide the insurance company an idea of the condition of the house. There are 2 different types: Sifex- The inspection takes 5-7 minutes, you take pictures on all 4 sides of the house, and some pics of the roof. You are not required to make an appointment with the homeowner, but you have to call the day before to notify them you are coming. These orders pay $6 each. SIFINT These are the same as the exterior one above, except you have to make an appointment, and you take pictures inside the house as well. These take about 15-20 minutes to do. These pay $12 to do. I give u an app you can use to make a route with that will have you driving a straight path so its most efficient. Its hard to judge the volume as it varies all the time. Currently id estimate there is 10-20 a week of these. If you do well at these I have other types of inspections you can do if you are interested.
