Holotropic Breathwork is a somatic active mediation to release tension and stuck emotion that is deeply rooted within the subconsciousness so we can increase self-awareness and help create a positive and empowered outlook on life and our circumstances. When we are in these deep meditative states of consciousness, we have the opportunity to let go of our resistance to heal, and open the space to allow the body's inner intelligence to emerge and our own empowered wisdom. The Sound Healing aspect is here to allow you to marinate in the feelings and energies that arose from the breath work. To ground you back into the earth while you integrate your experience.
