Interested in becoming CPR certified? The Berkeley Medical Reserve Corps, a campus-based, federally-deployable disaster response unit of student EMT's, is offering reduced rate CPR certification to members of the Berkeley community. Classes will take place in the Social Sciences Building on the UC Berkeley Campus (Room 20) and will cost $45 to receive certification, payable by Venmo. The certificate will be a Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA). If you are part of a group of more than 10 people (club or student organization on campus), you are eligible for (a) a group discount rate of $40/person, and (b) to pay via invoice; we will contact you with details. This class can be taken right before one of our First Aid/STB classes, as they are back to back and take place in the same building. Our volunteer instructors are eager to see you!
