I'm going to offer three individuals if they are stellar employees some extra $. After one year if they do the right thing I am offering on top of their pay 5% So every $100 profit I make I will be giving my employees the team three of them an extra $5 out of every hundred I make so when we're making $1000's a day. Four times a year when the profits are shown the people that start with me will do really well for as long as I own the restaurant at least 5 years
