Condo building in Edgewater, Miami about to undergo a reasonable large cosmetic renovation. We need a GC. 1. Must be licensed. 2. Must be reliable. 3. Must be reliable(I repeated this on purpose)... Largest items in scope of work(interior): 1. Tiling entire lobby and hall to elevators. 2. Prepping and painting entire lobby and hall to elevators. 3. Over 14,000 square feet of carpet tile installation in upper hallways. 4. Also custom millwork available. 5. And more. Largest items in scope of work(exterior): 1. New pavers around pool. 2. New pavers at entry. 3. Installation of pea gravel or decomposed granite over 6,000 square feet. 4. Some new planter fabrication(concrete walls). 5. And more. O.k. to apply for interior or exterior only, or both. This represents Phase 1 of the project with more work possible moving forward, and an excellent chance to create a relationship with the building/unit owners/etc. A bid package with plan drawings, renderings, and square footages is available.
