Lost Purse and Passport- Reward if Returned

Hi all. I know this is a long shot but my purse and passport. My purse was lost around 9/28 somewhere in the Buckman area and I’m absolutely desperate to find it. It was a black nylon shoulder bag with a rubbery handle labeled “heaven” and only had my passport, debit card and maybe chapstick in it. I’m desperate to get my passport back and will provide a $200 reward if returned- no questions asked. PLEASE contact me if you have it, I’m so desperate.
