We haven't had a sale since 2020. We've been stockpiling inventory We need to clear our shelves .. We have 100's of items from France, Italy and other parts of Europe at serious markdowns; this doesn't happen often so Save the Date and Join us in a few weeks. Rules of Engagement:  All Sales Are Final and No Holds or Reserves  Please be patient and kind, we are expecting a very big turnout - we will check people out as swiftly as we are able.  We have 3 Warehouse Spaces on the 4th floor (totaling 8,000 square feet); You will complete your purchase in the unit the item is located in.  PARKING:  Please Park along Western Avenue and enter through the front entrance of 1500 S Western, look for the blue UPSP mail box. Our Unit is on the 4th floor, you can take the stairs or the elevator and then follow the signs. PAYMENT: Credit Cards + Cash Are Accepted Please be prepared to carry all small and medium sized purchases with you on the day of purchase. PICKUP/DELIVERY:  We will not be making delivery arrangements for any purchased items; but we will refer you to Schlep or another delivery partner and you will be responsible for scheduling the pickup during one of our designated Pickup Days. Items that cannot accompany you the day of purchase can be picked up on the Following Dates, with no exceptions.  Saturday, Nov 5 from 12-4pm  Sunday Nov 6 from 12-4pm Friday, Nov 11 from 12pm - 6pm  Saturday, Nov 12 from 10am - 2pm _____________________________________________________ PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS Pickup Location: 1500 S Western, The Midland Building Unit 4BCB. If you have a Question; please email [email protected] and include your Order Number in the Subject Line. Please make sure you or your movers come prepared with the right packing materials and vehicle needed for your pickup!  Passenger Elevator: If you are picking up a small or medium sized item that will easily fit into the small passenger elevator you will use the front door and passenger elevator. You will park on Western Ave or in 1 Hour Guest Parking on 15th Street and enter through the building's Main Entrance, located at the corner of Western + 15th Street (look for the blue USPS box). From there you will come to the 4th floor either using the Stairs or the Passenger Elevator and then follow signs to our South Loop Loft Warehouse. Do not illegally park and do not park in front of any garage doors. If you are picking up an item that will require use of the larger freight elevator, then you will need to park in back and use the following instructions: Loading Dock/Freight Elevator: Turn onto 15th Place (one block south of 15th Street). Drive all the way back, you will go up a small hill and curve right. You will be in a gravel parking lot, where it dead ends to the loading dock on the right. Find parking nearby (dock bays may be full). DO NOT block the semi trucks in. This is an active loading dock. Follow Signs to Get Upstairs to our Warehouse Space. Due to the large number of orders, our team cannot assisting with loading. If you have selected Local Pickup for something that is heavy, please bring help with you and be prepared. Thank you so much!
