Enjoy the presence of a supportive group, meditative moments, and time away from our daily life, worries and stress. The 1.8-mile trail is easy, with almost no elevation gain.
On our walk, we will pause several times to ground ourselves and to connect with nature. We will walk slowly and quietly so we can be in the present moment, connected with our surroundings, and ourselves. We may sit a few times for a few activities so please wear comfortable clothing in which you can sit on the ground.
Bring an open mind. The goal is for us to relax. You will walk away feeling calmer, more grounded and connected with yourself.

From Shadowridge Dr., make left on Antigua Dr. See pictures below.
Antigua Dr. will take you into the park.
Once you are in the park, drive straight. We will meet at the picnic table located by the yellow gate at the end of the parking lot. See pictures below.
