Women Rise Yoga & Meditation Schedule
1st Tuesday of Month:
Candlelight Yoga and Meditation 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM
A light and easy yoga and stretching class to get your mind “set” ready for 30 minutes of guided meditation.
2nd Tuesday of Month
Vinyasa Yoga and Sound Healing 7:00 PM to 8:10 PM
Beginner Vinyasa Yoga to help you gain mobility, flexibility, and increase mindfulness. Class ends with a healing and relaxing bath of sound with crystal sound healing bowls.
3rd Tuesday of Month:
Vinyasa Yoga 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Beginner Vinyasa Yoga to help you gain mobility, flexibility, and increase mindfulness. Feel invigorated and strong and you move through each yoga posture
4th Tuesday of the Month:
Vinyasa Yoga 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Beginner Vinyasa Yoga to help you gain mobility, flexibility, and increase mindfulness. Feel invigorated and strong as you move through each yoga posture.
Women Rise Psychological and Wellness Center is a boutique integrative wellness center specializing in women's mental health and wellness across the lifespan. We offer therapy, yoga, massage, clinical functional nutrition, and pregnancy/postpartum support. We aim to help women thrive and RISE in their wellness and overall lives.
MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Laura Purington, M. Ed. RYT500
Laura is our skilled registered yoga and meditation teacher (RYT500) trained in a wide range of yoga practices. She is also a yoga professor at one of our local universities! Laura is passionate about sharing the joy and healing of yoga. Her healing and grounded energy radiates as she actively creates a safe and healing space within her sessions.
