Immediate Opening for an Experienced Roofing Superintendent/Foreman Good solid, honest, family-owned Residential Roofing company has an opportunity for a Superintendent/Foreman. We are looking for someone to join our team where our employees have worked with us for an average of over 20 years. Work is located in Hartford and Baltimore counties. Job Description: • Communication between homeowner, workman and office • Ensuring jobs are started with proper quantity and correct materials • Acquire and deliver extra materials when needed for jobs in a timely manner • Supervise setup and clean up • Perform walk thru with homeowner at job competition and follow up on any additional work that may be needed • Ensure all safety precautions are met • Oversea quality control • Some repair work will be required Qualifications: • Excellent leadership and communicate skills • Superior customer service skills • Self-starter • Honest and accountable • Motivator • Experience with exterior remodeling and construction • Plus- able to speak some Spanish and knowledge of Velux skylights
