Come join us for an evening of demonstrations and sampling of delicious meats processed in pressure canners. Our featured guest are Chris and Amy Yaklin of Mountain Creek Farms located in Richmond County, NC. You will get an up close look at pressure canners and how to use them safely. Also, learn how canning meats at home can save you money and prevent food waste. This is a great event for beginning home canners as well as seasoned! Registration is required.
