About this event We'll be starting off with a tea ceremony and grounding exercises to bring us into the sacred space so please feel free to bring crystals, water, tinctures or anything you'd like to cleanse/charge with the sound waves. You can keep these safely near you. Bring a yoga mat or blanket and pillow to lay comfortably on. We will be outside as the sun starts to set so please be prepared for the temperature to change. We value your time, so here is a heads up that we may run a few minutes over time while people are coming back into the space after deep relaxation, stretching, sharing their experiences if they feel comfortable to, etc. We can't wait to see you there!
