Tri M Graphics Open House Farmers Market - Saturday, November 12, 2022 This one time “Special Event” Bonus Farmers Market will be held at Tri M Graphics (625 E. Main St., Owatonna, MN) in the parking lot on Saturday, November 12 from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Items to be sold will be limited to the following: Products of the farm or garden, occupied and cultivated by the seller, including but not limited to garden produce, vegetables, fruits, flowers, flowering plants, green plants, honey, jams, jellies, and baked goods. Crafts made by the seller’s own hands. Participants will agree to the following: Unattended tables are not allowed. NO tent stakes will be allowed in the parking lot asphalt. Pre-registration with Tri M Graphics is required. Spaces will be limited. NO set-up prior to 8:00 am. Set-up should be concluded by 8:45 am. Limit sales to the two referenced categories above. Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, with particular emphasis on Minnesota Department of Agriculture and Federal Department of Agriculture regulations. Display an approximate 10”x20” sign with name and contact information. Display and sale of product will be confined to the Tri M Graphics parking lot and adjoining property. Clean their selling area after closing. Any pickled or canned item must include a label that states the following: “These canned goods are homemade and not subject to state inspection.” Canned goods must also have item name, producer name and address included on a label. No political propaganda. There is to be no selling of live animals, reptiles, or poultry. There is to be no selling of canned meat and/or poultry. Forfeit their right to participate if found in non-compliance with these rules. Tri M Graphics agrees to the following: Limit participation to registered vendors. Not charge vendors a fee to participate. Routinely inspect vendors for compliance.Prohibit the of items purchased and being resold. Require compliance of home baked items to ten days.
