PLEASE READ AD IN ITS ENTIRETY I have 4 baby Syrian hamsters that will be ready to leave Momma after Halloween! They were bred on purpose, so mom was taken very good care of. We monitored her from day 1 and fed her very high protein and vitamin C and D. they were born Oct 7th 2022 at 3pm. Did not breed for Money (which is why they are free) but because My male hamster is a God send and every one needs a hamster like him... Mom is a long haired calico Syrian- 6 months old. Skittish but not aggressive. Dad is a long haired beige/off white 1 year old. Dad is the BEST hamster in the world who loves hiking and adventures and literally goes EVERYWHERE with us (he has gone to the beach, appalachian trail, and even was at the finish line of the blue ridge Marathon to cheer me on) Babies are healthy and will be handled and tame by myself and children. I will state any oddities or quirks before hand! I will give 1 free to each home with proof of PROPER home enclosure. SYRIANS DO NOT USE HAMSTER CAGES. I will NOT give to any one who has a cage. I LOVE educating proper hamster care so please, ask questions! That is how you learn. Proper habitat is 30+ gallon tank or terrarium. Must be able to put 6-8 inches of proper bedding for tunneling and burrowing. Multiple hides and things to chew. Hamsters run on average 2 miles a night so a good wheel is a MUST. Saucer wheels are best because they need such large wheels (13in) if they are the round enclosed wheels and no wire wheels. No hamster balls! HAMSTERS ARE solitary creatures and do not ever want others in their home. It will cause stress and fighting. Located in SW Roanoke. If you are seriously interested, awesome!
