I rescued Chloe 4 years ago. She was tiny being taunted by big dogs. Chloe is special needs. Shes had trauma in top of other ailments. I can not afford to take care of her the way she needs. Shes a sweet loving happy go lucky girl.. More info will be given to lucky adopted parenrs of Chloe. Shes still full of life.
