All employees and their immediate families are invited to the Employee Appreciation Family Fall Festival on Wednesday, Nov. 9 from 4-9 pm at the St. Augustine Amphitheater. There will be food, games, raffle prizes, and music for employees and their families to enjoy as we celebrate the contributions our team has on the success of Flagler Health+.
Guests MUST enter with the Flagler Health+ team member (guests will not be allowed in without the employee).Employees MUST bring your employee badge and be able to show your Eventbrite RSVP.All team members will receive a special raffle ticket upon entry. You and each immediate family member will receive a ticket for food and a drink.All guests will receive a wristband upon entry.If you need to leave for any reason and return to the event, you will need to show your wristband to the attendant in the gate to gain reentry.Parking is limited. Please plan on carpooling. We will be offering a free shuttle from R.B. Hunt Elementary School throughout the entirety of the event.
