this is pico! he is a two year old male indian ringneck. he is very sweet and loves to give kisses! he says several phrases as well. i brought him home about six months ago, and he simply has not warmed up to my fiancé or i whatsoever. he's not mean or aggressive! i really don't want to rehome him but maybe somebody else would be a better fit for him. i love him to death, but if him being happy means being somewhere else, that's okay with me. im asking 1,000 for him but im open to lower offers. he will come with a large cage, food, treats, toys, and a travel carrier! serious inquiries only please :)
