HVAC and Refrigeration company looking for maintenance technicians. No experience necessary. Hourly wage depends on experience. Our pay system is a hybrid of hourly and salary (ask for details). Starting pay is $13.00/hr. but with experience could be more (reviews yearly). Company provided gas card and vehicle with good driving record. We are looking for someone who is interested in building their career in the HVAC and Refrigeration trade and not just a job. At first, you will be responsible for preventive maintenance which includes but not limited to, replacing air filters, water filters, cleaning ice machines, cleaning coils with water or cleaning agents, making sure refrigeration is cooling properly, etc. This job requires the technician to be able to climb ladders (a-frame, extension, vertical). Some travel to nearby states as well. As with all trade businesses, a technician is expected to be able to use most hand tools and power tools. The technician is expected to always use safe practices whenever on the job to prevent any unnecessary injuries or accidents to themselves or others. We work on rooftops, inside walk-in coolers and freezers, so there are ubrupt temperature changes that a technician has to endure. We have two departments that are out in the field which is the repair service department and preventive maintenance department.
