We are looking for a motivated and reliable Common Area Cleaner to undertake the responsibility of preserving the appearance and cleanliness of the common areas of the building. The employee will perform a variety of cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning surfaces of the elevators, bulletin boards, clubhouse tables, kitchen area, bathrooms, etc. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain the building common areas in the best possible condition. This is a part-time position approximately 12 hours per week. The work schedule is to be 2-3 days during each week, flexible hours, to ensure the property is regularly attended to in order to maintain proper appearance and cleanliness of the common areas and facilities.
