I caught this escaped budgie parakeet in my garden in the summer and no owner claimed her. It is time to find her a home with other budgies to flock with. Rehome fee is $1. She is not trained but will eat from your hand if you open the door and let her out on her own terms. She eats pellets and vegetables. She is lonely and needs company of her own kind.
