We are a real estate company who buys tax liens on properties, as part of our due diligence we need to determine if the properties are occupied or vacant. We are looking for people throughout the state of NJ to drive around to addresses that we provide and take a picture of the exterior of the house to determine if the property is occupied or vacant. Pay Structure Normally, there are multiple properties in the same municipality that we need checked out. our pay is $5 dollars per property.
