Space available starting Nov. 1st (or earlier for prorated amount). Room is ~17 x 24 ft, so ~1/5 of the total square footage (minus access/egress space) would be for your use. - 5 parties share the space: 1 recurring weeknight slot per person. Your weeknight slot: Fridays. If you're really interested in the space and Fridays don't work, perhaps we can work something out. - Saturdays and Sundays = first claimed-first served, unless someone makes a counter-request and the parties then can hash it out. - Total room rent: $760/month; your rent: $152/month plus $152 deposit. I pay the total amount to JLR - you would pay me via paypal or venmo. Rent is due by/on 1st of each month. I seek to have us all respect each other's space/equipment (ask before using others' stuff, clean up after yourself, not for use as a hotel room, etc.), so everyone feels good doing their thing while there. I've had stuff stolen in other shared rehearsal spaces, and that's very frustrating / disappointing, so I like to cultivate an environment that is otherwise. Thanks for looking!
