Long story short, we bought a house to turn into a rental home. I need a few things done.
#1: Pickup Keys from title company near the house. (I'll provide address once hired)
#2: Get Lockbox to store keys in. (from Walmart, Home depot, or Lowes)
#3: Install Lockbox on house. (I'll provide address once hired)
#4: Winterize home so pipes dont freeze etc.
#5: Determine what electrical wires are in the house for insurance (Agent said you can take off the electrical outlet cover plate to see if its copper wires or not)
#6: Lock up house, make sure all windows and doors are locked. put keys in lockbox.
- PLEASE hide a spare somewhere outside just in case. Let me know where.
