LOST: Army Hat at Morro Bay Beach

My husband left his hat at the beach. It's a baseball style army hat seen in the picture. He's a vet and has actually had it for ten years and worn it through his many deployments. We think he set it on the car while getting our daughter in and he forgot about it. We looked everywhere in the parking lot about an hour after so we think someone might have picked it up. Will do anything to get it back! Please let me know if any other ideas on where to post to try to find lost items.
