We are looking for: Rooftop Solar Installer (Beginner - Skilled) Qualifications •Candidates must be comfortable on roofs as well as have solar installation experience •Able to map out the arrays on a roof as well as install racking systems/solar panels, check/run wires as needed •Able to work with the Foreman and Team Lead to ensure proper and efficient installation of our solar panels on residential rooftops •Comfortable with heights •Ability to climb ladders with up to 50lbs on your back •Work in extreme environments (ie hot sun, cold weather, hot attics, etc.) •Ability to walk on a roof with safety equipment (harnesses and ropes provided)
