We are seeking a Janitor Maintenance worker to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Responsibilities: Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs Perform routine maintenance tasks Organize custodial closets and spaces Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment Fix small repairs in offices and hallways Prepare offices for leasing Be able to perform tasks at heights Workload includes inside and outside tasks ​Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields Ability to handle physical workload Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Be able to follow directions and work orders
