Job Title: Porter/Maintenance
Reports to Facilities Manager
Position Details:
The primary focus is on the cleanliness of our 100k+ sq ft carpentry fabrication work environment.
Maintaining a clean and orderly workshop tasks will include, cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, emptying trash bins, all common areas, including lavatories, lunchrooms, hallways, stairwells.
Get direction from Facilities Manager or shop foreman on housekeeping projects that need to be completed.
Assist with snow and ice removal prior to the facility opening during inclement weather.
Assist with the outdoor maintenance of the facility (light landscaping, exterior upkeep and exterior trash cans.
Small special projects related to facilities that include paint touch up or replacing light bulbs
Position Requirements:
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am – 3:30pm
Capable of lifting 50 lbs.
