STEADY EMPLOYMENT. We are immediately hiring for a sheet metal worker for government, commercial, and local residential jobs. Will involve out of state travel. Experience with seamless rain gutters and steel buildings a plus. Roofers (incl membrane roofing), sheet metal workers, carpenters, framers - are all encouraged to apply. We have a spot for the right person. We are willing to train. Be a team player! Must be able to travel for weeks or months at a time. SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS: - 3 years minimum carpentry experience is required - Proficiency installing various roof systems preferred - Knowledge of framing, roofing, rain gutter, and fascia preferred - Takes direction - Implements feedback - Team player - Exhibits exceptional customer service - Agile and athletic, comfortable on roofs and ladders - Ability to lift 50 lbs - Manuever ladders in tight spaces - "Can-do" attitude - Efficient and will get the job done on schedule BASIC REQUIREMENTS: - Must answer the phone promptly at all times on the job - Must have reliable transportation - Valid driver's license and good driving record - Can pass a drug test and a background check - No smoking or vaping on the job - Smart phone literate - Communicative Random drug tests will occur.
