Restaurant Maintenance Technician Nancy Jo’s Burgers is seeking a maintenance technician who is responsible for completing building maintenance, restaurant repairs and ground maintenance. Tools and vehicle provided. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Complete duties on turnover checklist include servicing restaurant equipment, plumbing and electrical fixtures. Repair or replace old and faulty parts. Interior and exterior painting. Minor sheetrock repair, finish carpentry and cleaning • Complete Emergency Maintenance and Repairs when assigned QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: • Must be a team player that can work with owners and co-workers in a professional and courteous manner. • Time management skills • Ability to document work time, functions and job completion • Organizational skills • Ability to perform work without supervision • Knowledge of basic maintenance tools • Knowledge of HVAC systems and restaurant appliances • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry The position reports to the Owner Other benefits include on the job training personal and job development courses.
