AA Self Storage is looking for a Full time Maintenance Technician. The position is available for a dependable person with good work habits. The position could transition to a management position after the first year of proven reliability.
Monday thru Friday 9 to 6 with a lunch hour and some Saturdays.
Responsibilities include:
General cleaning of the facility property, vacuuming hallways, wiping down doors, removing trash, bathrooms.
General repair, replacing light bulbs, door weather stripping, painting.
Must be able to lift light loads, less than 50 lbs.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation.
