Looking for an on-site handyman who has experience in tiling, flooring, sheet rock, spackle, painting, bathrooms, siding, roofing, general home repairs including plumbing and basic electric. Job will last approximately three months. Applicant must be a motivated self starter with problem-solving skills, extensive carpentry skills and have own tools. wage commensurate with experience.
