Box Factory is a beautiful private building with 24/7 code-only access. The building provides WiFI, air conditioning, heat, kitchenette, two event spaces and a gallery. Box Factory Gallery inhabits the lobby and offers 15 ft ceilings and 4,000 sq ft of gallery space. We currently have one unit opening, 150 sqft for $600. Wifi, heat and electric included. Contract is either 6 months or a year with an option to renew.
