Warbonnet Outdoors specializes in manufacturing high-quality, lightweight camping gear for the outdoor enthusiast. Our niche within the outdoors industry is hammock camping. We create many different styles and sizes of hammocks, tarps, and sleeping quilts right here in Evergreen, Colorado. We are currently hiring a full-time team member. The position to be filled will require you to be on your feet for most of the 8-hour work day. The duties and responsibilities of this team position includes prepping raw materials for production, filling goose down sleeping bags, and performing quality control on finished goods. This team position requires proficient skills regarding working with other team members, time-management, communication, and organizational skills. This position will also require the ability to follow directions very well while also having great attention to detail. We’re seeking a fast-learning and hard-working individual with a genuine work ethic. Experience working in any production environment is a plus. Benefits include PTO, select paid holidays, generous employee discounts, and a 4/10 schedule during the ski season to allow for Mondays off to ski. From spring through fall, we offer a steady schedule of M-F 8am-4pm. Our schedule allows for weekends off! We also have quarterly team building outings. Additionally, team members are awarded 1 free piece of gear per year after the first full year of employment. Opportunities for organizational and financial growth are obtainable and are dependent upon performance and reliability. Because of the location of our shop and the nature of our snowy state, we ask that applicants have 4-wheel drive. Applicants also must be able to lift heavy boxes and rolls of fabric up to 65lbs.
