Job Summary We are currently seeking a Landscape Maintenance Staff member to join our family-owned company. We offer a $1,000 signing bonus. Company covers entire cost of health care insurance for all employees. Weekly pay rate is based upon experience. You will be responsible for completing various tasks dealing with landscaping maintenance work in a team environment, including some of the items below: Responsibilities and Duties Maintain landscaping throughout community- mowing, blowing, etc. Weed Eating, edging, trimming bushes, spreading pine straw and mulch, etc. (based upon the season) Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions Must be able to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis Familiarity with landscape maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload in a team environment Qualifications and Skills Background & drug check required / Valid DL preferred Previous experience in grounds maintenance (1 year minimum in commercial grounds maintenance preferred) We work weekdays and only occasionally on weekends for weather related emergencies (hurricane, snow, etc.).
