The base needs better education

One thing the Republican party has proven – we need to increase levels of public education. Among the smartest things a president ever said and that FOX NEWS broadcast and Trump voters believed: • "The pandemic is a hoax", or • “It will be over by Easter”, or • “Can we inject disinfectant into lungs to fight Covid-19”, or • “We're building a wall on the border of New Mexico, and we're building a wall in Colorado,” or • “And Mexico will pay for it", or • “The Continental Army ‘took over airports’ during the Revolutionary War (more than a century before the dawn of aviation)”, or • "Climate Change is a hoax", or • “The earth can’t be warming, we just had a blizzard yesterday”, or • ”Why can't we just nuke the eye of the hurricane ?”, or • “I'll show my taxes when the audit is done”, or • “Windmills cause cancer”, or • "The vaccine has trackers in it", or • “We should rake the forests to prevent forest fires” Of course it was "The election was stolen - I actually won" that culminated in the Jan 6 Republican Insurrection. Bless the hundreds of Capitol Police injured by Republicans that day.  Thoughts and prayers to the hundreds of Capitol Police injured during the Republican Insurrection of Jan 6, know that we Democrats and Independents support you and believe in our democracy even if Republicans are willing to destroy it.
