Description

Responsibilities (including but not limited to)* • Driving company vehicles safely and punctually to and from delivery locations; • Operating liftgate; • Operating pallet jack; • Operating forklift; • Picking orders; • Organizing and cleaning work areas and loading dock area; • Assisting with orders in receiving/shipping; • Performing regular truck inspections and reporting any issues to management; • Follow all rules and safety regulations under the State of Illinois and IL-OSHA; • Provide service to customers at the counter by taking orders, entering them into the system accurately, and filling them as time allows; diplomatically giving priority to regular accounts; • Handyman services (as needed). Requirements: • Possess and maintain a valid Driver's License; • Must have a clean driving record and provide a DMV driving history printout upon hiring; • Must be willing to obtain a forklift safety certificate before the first day of work; • Ability to lift 60lbs repeatedly without assistance; • Experienced driving a 16' box truck or moving truck is preferred but not mandatory.
