Looking for someone to replace drywall where it was damaged by water. Need to be able to create professional invoice and have availability in the next day or two. House is near Peoria St and Colfax. Please see pictures for idea on size. Replacing where it is cut out and also removing/replacing where you see yellow stains. Not sure the current type of sheetrock, but it is more like cement board. Texturing doesn't need to be perfect, but should help to blend a little closer to current texture. If you want the job, please reply with your estimated price, availability, experience, and one example of an invoice. I have one new sheet of 5/8" sheetrock on site but broken into two pieces that will likely work (current wall material is about 5/8-3/4").
