Hydronic and Domestic Hot Water Heater Repairman Needed

We need a hydronic heating expert to help us troubleshoot some problems we are having with our system. We have a 2 tank system. One tank is for domestic hot water and another is for hydronic heating. We have a system that should adequately heat, but it isn't. So, we need a troubleshooter to see why we are not getting the adequate amount of heat. Is there a leak? Also, there is excessive condensation. The system was installed over 20 years ago and is a Munchkin system (now called HTP). Please respond if you have expertise in these kinds of heating systems.
