Description
I have a wonderful cat. I recently rescued her from an abusive situation. Her whiskers and fur are growing back after her previous owner shaved everything off. With that, her balance is also returning.
She is nearly 2 years old. She is spayed. She has a hernia. The hernia can go for a while untreated, but eventually it would be good if she got the operation to have it fixed. She has what appears to be asthma, brought on by living in her previous home, in extreme mold. To be honest, I do not know if it's actually asthma.
She is litter trained, and has good discipline. She hates the smell as much as we do! I clean her litter once a day, and change it out after five or six days.
She needs a good home. She needs love for the rest of her life.
She is a loving animal. This cat needs to be near a person at all times. She needs hugs. She reaches up and gives hugs, and likes to be carried on your shoulder, if she reaches up for a hug. She sleeps by my head each night. She appreciates this lifestyle because she was deprived of it her entire life. Some cats are cold, aloof, or just don't have much use for people. This cat's got love in her heart, and she socializes with everyone she meets. As I am writing this, she is asleep on my lap. She is such a good cat.
She is a small cat, compared to others.
I do not want to give her up for adoption, but I am moving to the city soon and I need to find her a good home. Ideally she would have a place where she can be an indoor cat, but she could be indoor-outdoor in the right environment, provided there are no dogs or bigger cats who could hurt her. She has claws, but can not defend herself. You will see when you meet her that she is meek, and spent her life coddled, so she really doesn't have fight in her. Even a hawk could take her :(
Please help me find her a safe forever home.
