Koru Cannabis is looking for an addition to our harvest crew! We are an indoor tier 2 cannabis and we focus on having a happy healthy working environment and producing outstanding products. The job includes trimming, bucking, harvesting & transplanting. Pay starts at $16/hour and we offer a speed incentive that can get fast trimmers up to the $19-20/hour range. We always hire within, and this position can be a great stepping stone into the industry if you do great work! We always try to promote from within and people who work hard for us will be rewarded well. The best candidate will: -Get along well with a tight-knit crew -Have a valid marijuana handlers permit -Have reliable transportation -Be a good self-starter who can work without tons of direction or management (micro-management is not our style) -Experience trimming helpful but not required.
