Third picture has a closeup for identification-NO graphic pics included. He looks like a young striped Siamese male cat. He was found across the street from Springfield Fred Meyer’s. Right in front of the school daycare and the “townhouses on fifth”. Yard work is going on at the daycare so we placed him on potty pads in the bushes in front of the house next door right by the sidewalk. The daycare believes the kitty lives in the town houses but their management could not be reached to confirm this.
