Please read carefully: I need someone to drive around Concord looking for office spaces for rent. A lot of buildings are not listed online; they just post the availability on the building. I am looking for a small first floor office suite with multiple rooms and a reception area for under $900 per month. Also, there must be a parking lot on site. My preference is for the downtown area, but I am open to other areas as long as they are nice. You will need to take down the phone numbers and call to see if they are available. I will also need pictures, the name of the contact person, the price and date available for each office. I am willing to pay $200 for this and if I end up renting one of the offices that you found, I will pay you an extra $200. DO NOT FORGET TO INCLUDE YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER IN YOUR REPLY
