Catering: Eastern European or Mexican Food

We are hosting a lunch on November 8 for which we need catering. Would prefer Eastern European food: perogies/varenyky, borscht, cabbage rolls, canapés OR a taco bar featuring hard and soft shell tacos and traditional sides. A guac station would be awesome but we know that can get expensive. We'd like to see options and pick and choose what we'd like. Would need only the food and a nice presentation and drop-off.
