Full-Time Maintenance Tech/Contractor Wanted to Help With Work Orders and Turns at Tigard. We may have travel to Beaverton, Newberg and East Side Properties on occasion We are looking for 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Compensation will be $19 to $26 per hour based on experience. We pay 50% of medical premium with Kaiser. Must have your own tools. Must have a vehicle. Must have 1+ years of experience. This is not a living on-site position. Responsibilities include general maintenance such as painting, wall repair, faucet replacement, closet door repair, caulking, tile repair, appliance repair, outlets (GFI) etc. for turning over apartments and doing work orders.
